Drippy preserves

I bought your preserves over the years. Love them. Bought some at Chama over summer. Very thin and drippy. Just ordered 6 jars. They look really thin,and drippy as well. What has happened to your recipe? Are you cutting back on your ingredients? Disappointed. Still great taste, just messy to serve to friends and company....🤤

Awesomely delicious

I received this preserve from a friend in Albuquerque. When I finally opened it and had it with some cheese and crackers, it became a daily “happy hour” ritual. It’s a perfect balance between heat and sweet as well as a great accompaniment to a cheeseboard. I was thrilled to be able to order it online. Also decided to try a few other products which I’m hoping will be as equally delish.
