8 Ounces Breakfast Sausage
- 4 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Box Cibolo Junction Green Chile Cornbread Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425℉.
In a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage, about 5 minutes, and drain any excess fat. Let cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, combine Cibolo Junction Green Chile Cornbread Mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined, then fold in the shredded cheese and cooked sausage.
Pour the batter into an oven-safe skillet or 8-inch baking dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
