A quick weeknight meal with a spicy chile twist.
Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Cup New Mexico Salsa Red Chile Sauce
- ½ Cup Diced Onion
- Burger Buns
- Cheese, Slices or Shredded, Optional
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the onions and cook until translucent, 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the New Mexico Salsa Red Chile Sauce, mixing well to combine. Turn the heat to low, and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through.
Serve on burger buns and top with cheese, if using.
