1 Package Cibolo Junction Indian Blue Cornbread Mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (or 400°F for glass baking dish or muffin tins).
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or 12-count muffin tin.
Mix egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
Combine with the Cibolo Junction Indian Blue Cornbread Mix until moistened, about 1 minute.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
