4 1/2 Cups Water

1 lb Cubed or Ground Pork, Beef, or Turkey

1 Package Cibolo Junction Feast Day Posole Mix
Directions
Boil 4 1/2 cups water in a large saucepan.
Add the contents of Cibolo Junction Feast Day Posole Mix.
Simmer for 50-60 minutes.
Optional: Dredge the cubed or ground meat in flour and cook in 2 tbsp oil. After 20 minutes, add to the posole for a heartier stew.
